What was the highlight of Leofoo Hotel
They are very professional when it comes to assisting their costumers.
What I really like in this hotel is that although the online payment didn't pushed though for some technical reason we still managed to reserved the room. We contact them through their facebook account and they ensure to us that the room is still reserve for us and we can pay them upon checking in, knowing that the mode of payment was supposed to be pay first days before check in.

What was the highlight of Leofoo Hotel
Value for money. Superb staff but very ordinary hotel. You get what you pay for.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. The check in was a breeze. To call it a 4 star hotel is a joke because the rooms are dilapidated, the bathroom and the WC dated and desperately in need of renovation.
Old rooms. Run down. Just one pillow. Not comfortable mattresses. Very basic room. Very old fittings. Small room.

Very bad experience :(
The staff at front counter is courtesy.
They turned off the air conditioner, and the reason provided by the staff is because of the low temperature recently in Taipei. Actually, that temperature is a little bit high to me for a good sleep. Without the air conditioner, the air is bad either. I barely slept at that night. :( All the furnitures in that room look like dilapidated and broken-down. No extra outlet for charging my phone during my stay.
